About the Role

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our North / West Territory through new business acquisition, relationship management and specification sales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building customer partnerships, identifying opportunities and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and margin targets
• Prospect and secure new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with builders, customers and key stakeholders
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems
• Provide product, technical and design solutions to customers
• Negotiate and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success

About You

• Proven sales success with a strong track record of achieving targets
• Building industry experience is essential
• Skilled in prospecting, lead generation and consultative selling
• Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and results-focused
