About the Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Lansvale showroom, working with retail customers to deliver tailored solutions and an exceptional customer experience. In this varied and rewarding role, you will be the face of our trusted brand as you help to increase sales revenue by positively interacting with and assisting new and existing customers. This is an entry-level sales role with strong development opportunities – ideal for individuals looking to grow into a career in sales. Key responsibilities: - Engage with customers in the showroom and convert enquiries into sales
- Manage quotes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity to drive conversions
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage opportunities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service from enquiry through to order
- Contribute to showroom presentation and team performance
About You - Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Previous customer-facing sales or customer service experience
- Motivated to learn and develop sales capability
- Confident engaging with customers and building relationships
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working toward sales targets and KPIs
- Previous administration experience or basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to commit to working hours of Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm.
