About The Opportunity

 

Due to internal promotion, we currently have a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic and approachable customer service professional to be our next Showroom Consultant at our Pooraka branch.  In this varied, customer facing role you will listen to customers’ requirements, assist them with queries and product selection and prepare quotations.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers and customers with pre-booked appointments with queries and quotations
  • Reply to phone, email and website enquiries
  • Support the Sales Representatives with quotes, administration and customer service requirements
  • Assist in processing customer payments

 

About You

 

You will be someone who enjoys building customer relationships in person and over the phone. Your communication, organisation and customer service skills will all help you to thrive in this busy, customer-facing role. While we will provide you with one-on-one training and on-going support, your natural ability to learn new products and processes will also be key to your success in the role.

 

You will have:

  • Previous customer-facing customer service experience
  • Strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people
  • Basic skills with Outlook and Word
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to commit to Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
