About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Regency team. In this key role, you will act as the vital link between our customers and installers in the field, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of information to enable installations to be scheduled accurately and on time.

 

You’ll be part of a professional, close‑knit team where customer service is at the heart of everything we do. This is a fast‑paced role that requires confidence in customer interactions, including managing challenging conversations and resolving installation issues with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Confirm and schedule installation bookings
  • Prepare and manage installation documentation
  • Process invoices and installer payments
  • Liaise with installers to ensure job requirements and timings are met
  • Troubleshoot issues to improve customer experience

About You

You are a team‑focused, organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong interpersonal skills and can adapt your communication style to suit both internal stakeholders and external customers.

 

You’re pragmatic, solutions‑focused, and capable of thinking laterally when challenges arise. You enjoy delivering quality customer service and are keen to learn and grow through structured training.

You Will Have:

  • Experience in customer service and administration
  • Competency using the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to quickly learn in‑house CRM systems
  • High attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
