We’re now seeking a Technical Service Consultant to drive revenue growth through technical sales, online demonstrations, and end‑to‑end project support.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in converting opportunities into successful projects by combining consultative selling with strong technical capability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
- Building trusted relationships with key decision‑makers remotely
- Delivering compelling online product and project demonstrations
- Providing technical consultations, specifications and detailed quotations
- Managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract completion
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Keeping internal stakeholders informed of pipeline activity and progress
About You
You are a confident communicator who enjoys technical selling and building relationships in a remote environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in remote or inside sales with demonstrated results
- Strong networking and relationship‑building capability
- An affinity for technical or solution‑based selling
- Previous CRM experience (essential)
- Experience in the building or construction industry (desirable, not essential)
