About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Area Manager to drive sales growth across South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with window fabricators, distributors, and key industry stakeholders. Covering a territory from Brisbane to Ballina, the role is predominantly field‑based, with autonomy to plan client visits while working from a home office. Key responsibilities include: - Managing the final execution stage of the Breezway sales cycle
- Representing Breezway to architectural and specification practices and supporting window fabricators throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring a seamless handover from specification through to fabrication
- Collaborating with internal teams to track project progress and deliver successful outcomes
- Achieving territory sales, margin, and contribution targets
- Maintaining high customer service standards and resolving project issues efficiently
About You You are a proactive and customer‑focused sales professional with a strong track record in relationship‑based sales or account management roles. Experience within the windows, glazing, or related building product industries will be highly regarded, but is not essential. You will also bring: - Demonstrated success in achieving and growing sales targets
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience delivering group presentations
- An aptitude for working with technical products in complex project environments
- A collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to ongoing business growth
- Experience using CRM systems for lead and project management
