About our Opportunity 

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced administrator to join our dedicated credit team supporting our national operations. As a valued Credit Officer, you'll have a customer-focused approach when performing accounts receivable tasks including managing collections and outstanding debt which are critical in contributing to optimal cash flow of the business. 

In addition, you will:

• debt collection for a medium to large size ledger

• handle and resolve customer queries

• be able to commit to Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm

About You

We’re looking for a team player who will contribute to a positive work environment and be collaborative and pragmatic in their approach to providing quality customer service. You’ll have open and transparent communication, the ability and confidence to cultivate positive relationships and the capacity to work well across all stakeholder groups. While we’ll leverage your previous experience, we will also provide comprehensive training. 

In addition, you will bring:

• out of the box thinking - 90% of this role requires problem solving skills

• SAP experience (advantageous)

• have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

• previous experience in the manufacturing or building industry (advantageous)
