Join A&L Windows & Doors, part of the VENTORA Group, and support our builder clients in a fast-paced, hands-on role. You’ll be the key link between our operations and customers—on the phone, via email, and occasionally on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule deliveries, services, and maintenance jobs
• Process quotes and orders with accuracy
• Respond to high volumes of emails and calls daily
• Visit builder sites and offices to maintain strong relationships

What You’ll Bring

• Confident, professional presentation and communication
• Comfortable speaking with builders and supervisors
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Resilience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to learn and grow into a long-term career
• SAP experience (a plus, not essential)
