About the Role Are you passionate about driving business performance through financial insight and analysis? Join VENTORA as our new Commercial Finance Analyst and play a pivotal role in supporting the Architectural Group (Aneeta Windows, Breezway, Stegbar / Regency Showerscreens & Robes). You’ll partner with both finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and help achieve financial targets. Based primarily at our Coorparoo manufacturing site, there will be a requirement to work at our Yatala manufacturing site at least once a week to actively support and drive the achievement of strategic objectives, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Partner with manufacturing and commercial teams to deliver insights that improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with accounting and FP&A teams to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reports and analysis.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPI reporting.
- Lead cost analysis across production inputs and identify margin improvement opportunities.
- Support pricing strategies, product profitability analysis, and customer deal evaluations.
- Collaborate on sales forecasts, demand planning, and inventory optimisation.
- Develop business cases for capital investments, new product launches, and market expansion.
- Monitor and report on key financial and commercial KPIs, including gross margin, working capital, and sales performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning, and decision support tools.
- Ensure financial governance and compliance with internal controls.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace and act in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
About You - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or working towards).
- Proven experience in a finance business partnering role within manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin analysis, and sales support.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, OneStream / Hyperion, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for driving business performance through data and insight.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations.
- Commitment to working safely.
