About our Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in an administration role, laying invaluable foundations to grow and take their career in any direction they wish. You will be mentored by our professional and friendly team at our Stapylton site, where you will carry out administrative tasks and work closely with transport schedulers and customers to ensure jobs are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. You will need to be confident interacting with customers and internal personnel over the phone as you manage enquiries and confirm installation bookings with customers and drivers. In addition, your administration tasks will include: - Confirmation of all deliveries and back orders
- Check and scan packaging paperwork and driver dispatch dockets
- Data entry and scanning of transport shipping information, run sheets, driver log books and photos
- Raising purchase requisitions and booking accommodation for transport drivers
About You This role is an entry-level position suitable for an individual seeking to launch a career in customer service and administration. We’re looking for a team player who's motivated and contributes to a positive work environment, with excellent communication and time management skills. They should demonstrate a keenness to learn and a good attitude towards participating in our extensive training. You will have: - Competency with utilising the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in a customer service/administration role
- Ability to commit to Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Experience with SAP preferred but not essential
