About our Opportunity As a valued team member, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support to our Sales Representatives and ensuring an exceptional level of service to our customers. Working in a collaborative team of up to 7 internal sales professionals, you’ll assist 2–3 on-road sales reps, managing the customer sales order process and handle enquiries. Your day will involve promptly responding to customer phone and email enquiries, processing quotes and orders in SAP, updating order changes, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You’ll also liaise across departments—following up delivery dates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring information flows smoothly in a fast-paced environment. In doing so, you’ll directly contribute to the success of the Sales Team and the quality of our customers’ experience. About you We’re looking for someone who brings strong customer service and office administration experience, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach. You’ll be a well-organised team player who contributes to a positive work environment, remains pragmatic when resolving customer issues, and doesn’t get rattled by a busy day or challenging calls. You will have: - The ability to quickly gain competency with our SAP system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong work ethic
- Confidence and resilience on the phone, including with difficult or upset customers
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Experience in customer service and office administration (windows and doors industry experience and SAP knowledge highly regarded)
- A positive attitude and willingness to support your team
- Commitment to a permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
