About our Opportunity

 

As a key Finance Partner within the VENTORA Group, the Operations Finance Manager for VIC and SA plays a pivotal role in delivering our Manufacturing excellence programs. Helping drive our business forward by understanding operations, linking financial metrics to performance metrics and unlocking improvement opportunities.

 

Based at our Rowville Manufacturing Supersite, you will actively support and drive the achievement of strategic objectives including improvements in productivity, cost of poor quality and DIFOT whilst executing an optimised capital expenditure program. This role will also have a strong focus on financial governance on inventory management and stocktake process across VIC and SA. As well as financial partner to our VENTORA Glass VIC operations, delivering performance reporting, forecasts and budgets, whilst providing financial insights and guidance for improvement opportunities. 

 

 

About You

 

This is a big opportunity for someone who has a finance baseline and worked in operations, to build off and grow. You will be a qualified accountant (CA or CPA) with a minimum Diploma level qualification in business or finance related discipline or demonstrated equivalent experience. Equally important will be your relationship building and business partnering skills, ability to communicate financial information clearly to a diverse audience and your focus on continuous improvement.

 

Ideally, you will have:

  • Proven ability to analyse financial data, manage budgets, and develop financial strategies to deliver business KPIs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, inventory and product costing management
  • Ability to identify and action continuous improvement initiatives
