About our Opportunity As a valued member of VENTORA Glass, you will be apart of a professional, collaborative close knit team where customer service is at the forefront of every interaction. You will support our customers with their orders, providing a clear flow of information by responding to enquiries, working in partnership with customers, sales representatives and internal personnel for any order related matters, troubleshooting solutions and resolving issues as they arise to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. This role is also a cross functional support for the Production Planner when they are leave, coordinating and scheduling daily production workflows for the factory. About You You'll need to have previous customer service and administration experience, be self-motivated, have initiative to participate in our comprehensive training and demonstrate a keenness to learn with a natural capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise. You will be a well organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right. In addition, you will bring: - Ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house ERP system
- Pride yourself on thoroughness and attention to detail
- Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise multiple tasks
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills

Once you have completed your initial training and are confident in the role, you will have the opportunity to working from home two days a week. - permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday - flexible start and finish times, majority of the team do start between 7-7:30am
