About our Opportunity

 

As a valued team member of our Regency Park branch, you will provide support to our Sales team with pre-production checks to ensure orders are accurately transferred for production.

 

This is a varied role but a typical day will involve:

  • checking orders for errors before processing
  • analysing orders for cost saving
  • contacting customers to confirm date requirements
  • assist with scheduling installations
  • processing sales orders
  • assisting other teams and managers with general administration tasks
  • promptly responding to customers phone and email enquiries, troubleshooting any issues that may arise

This role directly contributes to both the success of the Sales team and to the quality of our customers experience.  

 

 

About you

 

We are looking to appoint a well-rounded individual, leveraging your customer service and administrative experience ideally within a windows or glass business or relatable manufacturer of building products.

 

You will have:

  • previous exposure or ability to quickly gain competency with our CRM SAP
  • excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
  • ability to multitask & manage time effectively
  • excellent attention to detail

You must have the motivation and drive to learn our business and products and in return we will provide you with the required training and you will enjoy continued support from experienced team.
