About the Opportunity

The Aftersales Technician role is a physically demanding role performing field technician work for repairs and maintenance on site for existing Breezway louvre windows. The technician also plays a critical role in handling aftersales admin, communicating directly with our customers, raising reworks, processing service requests, and troubleshooting solutions to resolve product or service problems. This role require you to be onsite representing our brand working directly with our customers, you need to be competent and personable. 

You will: 

• take inbound calls and respond to emails from customers
• processing warranty and rework orders
• manage customer correspondence post purchase with customer product and technical enquiries
• provide a high level of professionalism and customer service

About You

We’re looking for a self motivated technician, leveraging your manufacturing, building, construction industry and/or factory work experience, along with a keenness to learn. You will be a well organised team player who contributes to a positive work environment, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and unaffected when working through customer and product issues.  

• a Current Driver’s License
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• experience in customer service and conflict resolution
• willingness to learn key components of windows
• understanding of hardware and tools
• values safety and maintains a high level of workmanship
• demonstrates autonomy in work while thinking "outside the square
