About our Opportunity 

 

As a valued Customer Service Administrator, you will be an integral team member supporting the day-to-day activities of our on-road sales and customer service teams. You will be part of a professional, close-knit team that strives to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing construction and residential customers.

 

A key part of your role, you will answer phone calls from current and potential customers directing their calls to the appropriate team or assisting the customer book a visit from one of our sales representatives. The other key element will be providing administration support to the customer service team, which will include scanning and filing documents, managing email inboxes, issuing glazing certificates and general data entry.

 

 

About You

 

We’re looking for a customer-focused team player with previous customer service experience who is comfortable talking to and assisting a range of customers over the phone. We will of course provide you with all the training needed to thrive in this varied and rewarding role.

 

You will also be:

  • highly organised and able to multi-task and prioritise
  • able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • confident using MS Excel and Outlook, and able to quickly gain competency with in-house systems
  • ability to commit to Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
