About the Opportunity

 

Our Showers & Wardrobes Division is seeking a sales hunter to drive new business and support growth across the Illawarra and Southern Highland areas. 

 

This on‑the‑road role focuses on prospecting new Trade and Retail customers, while supporting an existing customer base. You’ll canvass new opportunities, visit builders and homeowners, measure on-site, promote our product range, provide quotes, follow up on leads, and plan activities to help you exceed targets and contribute to sustainable business growth. Similarly, engaging and facilitating quotes, orders and enquiries from an existing customer base. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop new retail and trade customers
  • Execute business development strategies to drive leads and meet KPIs
  • Build product and industry knowledge
  • Manage contacts and activity via CRM systems
  • Interpret technical plans and assess/measure job projects
  • Undertake plan take‑offs
  • Prepare sales activity and pipeline reports

About You

 

We’re seeking an experienced Sales professional with proven Sales skills who thrives on the chase, is able to build and foster strong relationships, and who is confident in negotiating with and providing value-added benefits for the customer -  all while identifying and closing new business .  

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working with architects, builders and trade channels (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage your own schedule
  • Proven, strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to interpret or to learn to interpret technical drawings and building plans
  • Competency using CRM systems for planning and customer management
