We’re proud to offer a newly created leadership opportunity at our state-of-the-art Powderline plant in Girraween, a key part of our vertically integrated supply chain supporting seven manufacturing sites across Australia.

The Opportunity

As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our powder coating facility, overseeing a skilled team across material handling, coating, packaging, dispatch, and plant maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving Delivery In Full and On Time (DIFOT) performance
• Championing our Zero Harm safety culture
• Mentoring and developing your team
• Ensuring operational maintenance and continuous improvement

About You

We’re looking for a hands-on leader with:

• Previous supervisory experience in a process manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team engagement skills
• WHS knowledge and a commitment to safety
• Experience with SAP or similar manufacturing systems
• A solid understanding of materials management
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Powder coating experience is highly desirable
