Trend Windows & Doors, part of the VENTORA group, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Window Installer/Offsider to join our Ormeau team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, values safety, and enjoys working in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential and commercial aluminium windows and doors, including sashes and site glazing
• Ensure accurate alignment, sealing, and finishing of installations
• Interpret and follow technical drawings and specifications
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in glazing or similar roles highly regarded
• Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
• Physically capable of manual handling and working at heights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, well-presented, and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s licence and White Card required
• Willingness to learn Trend’s installation procedures and product knowledge
