About the OpportunityBased at our Ormeau branch, this role provides essential administrative and customer support to our Sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be part of a collaborative team environment, managing a variety of tasks including customer enquiries, order processing and follow‑ups. You’ll work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. This role also offers a clear pathway into future showroom or sales roles for those looking to build a long‑term career with Trend. Key Responsibilities include: - Responding to customer phone and email enquiries
- Processing orders, variations and payments
- Following up on late payments and resolving order issues
- Updating customer and order details in CRM (SAP)
- Supporting the Sales team with day‑to‑day administration
- Contributing to a positive team and customer experience
About YouYou’re organised, customer‑focused and enjoy working in a fast‑paced team environment. You approach customer issues calmly and pragmatically, with a strong focus on service and accuracy. You’ll Bring- Customer service and/or administration experience
- Building or window industry exposure (advantageous)
- Experience supporting a sales team (highly regarded)
- Ability to quickly learn SAP or similar CRM systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
