The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced Carpenter / Joiner / Installation Supervisor to oversee daily install operations in NSW.

Depending on your location, this role can be based at multiple sites across Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our installation teams
• Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team
• Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement
• Competent in installing jobs when required
• Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility

About You

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or a similar environment
• Cert III in Carpentry (MUST)
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation
• WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
