About the Role

Join VENTORA Glass as a Site EHS Coordinator and play a key role in embedding a proactive safety culture. You’ll support the operational implementation of EHS requirements, influence department managers, and drive positive safety outcomes across our VENTORA Glass Rowville site.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of EHS objectives and targets.
• Monitor and report on action plans and safety performance.
• Act as the site EHS subject matter expert, providing guidance on hazard identification, risk assessments, and compliance.
• Assist with audits, inspections, training, and incident investigations.
• Conduct regular safety observations and report findings.
• Maintain emergency plans and coordinate refresher training.
• Manage injury rehabilitation and return-to-work activities.

About You

• Cert IV WHS (OHS) minimum; Training & Assessing and RTW Coordinator desirable.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a safety role within a high-risk environment (manufacturing, production, transport).
• Strong knowledge of safety management plans and databases.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
