We’re looking for a Wardrobe Production Scheduler to manage scheduling for our wardrobe manufacturing operations. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll ensure production runs smoothly, delivery deadlines are met, and customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain wardrobe production schedules.
• Coordinate delivery runs and liaise directly with customers.
• Manage lead-time changes and resolve capacity issues.
• Attend production meetings and report on progress.
• Support logistics to uphold quality and service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and administration skills.
• Previous scheduling or rostering experience is highly regarded.
• Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing challenging conversations.
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems.
