About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced State Sales Manager – Victoria to lead our Victorian sales function. Reporting to the National General Manager of Sales, you will develop and execute the state sales strategy and deliver sustainable growth across revenue, margin, profitability and cash flow. You’ll lead, mentor and coach a team of Account Managers, driving performance, capability development and exceptional customer outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role with a 50/50 split between on-site customer engagement and office-based leadership, planning, and reporting. About YouYou’re a commercially astute, self‑sufficient sales leader who can hit the ground running. Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, you balance people leadership with strong commercial decision‑making and stakeholder engagement. You thrive in fast‑paced environments, build credibility quickly, and work confidently with senior builders, developers and internal stakeholders. - Execute the Victorian sales strategy and annual sales plan
- Deliver targets across revenue, growth, margin and profitability
- Drive new business while maximising key account performance
- Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing sales professionals
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, pipelines and pricing approvals
- Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and market intelligence
What You’ll Bring- Proven senior sales leadership experience with accountability for results
- Strong strategic planning, execution and forecasting capability
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams
- CRM, pipeline and data‑driven decision‑making experience
- Windows or building products industry experience
- Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- High commercial and financial acumen
