Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will join the team as a permanent employee, working in a supportive and safety-focused manufacturing environment with long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture quality products in line with company standards
• Picking, stacking, and handling stock
• Use of basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Maintain clean and safe work areas in line with WHS requirements
• Support daily production targets as part of a team environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience working safely in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Confidence using machinery, tools, and manual handling processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• A positive, reliable, and hands-on attitude
• Sound understanding of Safe Work practices
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks
