About Our Opportunity The Senior Commercial Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in partnering with the Stegbar Windows & Doors business to drive informed decision-making and support the achievement of financial objectives. This role is instrumental in delivering financial insights and strategic guidance that enhance business performance. You will be a key contributor in supporting both executive and group leaders across the business, helping them interpret financial results and shape future planning through robust forecasting and analysis. Your analytical expertise and technical acumen, combined with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, will help elevate VENTORA’s finance function to world-class standards. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance – Windows and working closely with the Group General Manager – Stegbar, you’ll collaborate with finance and business leaders across the VENTORA group, influencing outcomes and driving value across the organisation. Your Responsibilities - Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Deliver timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis in collaboration with Accounting and FP&A.
- Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and KPIs.
- Analyse production costs and identify margin improvement opportunities.
- Support pricing, product profitability, and customer deal evaluations.
- Contribute to sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimisation.
- Develop business cases for investments, product launches, and market expansion.
- Monitor key financial and commercial KPIs, including gross margin, working capital, and sales.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, planning, and decision-support tools.
- Ensure financial governance and compliance with internal controls.
About You - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CA/CPA/CIMA qualified (or working towards)
- 5+ years’ experience in finance business partnering, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in pricing and margin analysis
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle), Excel, and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable with challenging assumptions and influencing senior leaders
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and operations
