The Opportunity

Our Chevallum showroom is seeking an energetic, customer‑focused Showroom Consultant to manage day‑to‑day showroom operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As one of the first points of contact for builders, trades and homeowners, you’ll provide technical advice, prepare quotations and recommend tailored solutions. This role suits someone confident working independently, as you’ll often be the sole team member in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors with product advice and solutions
• Manage phone and online enquiries, prepare quotes and follow up on opportunities
• Support external sales representatives with quotations and administration
• Maintain CRM records and sales documentation
• Achieve sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service

About You

• Proven consultative sales experience (retail, showroom or hospitality)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to learn technical products and industry standards
• Confident using MS Office and CRM systems
• Comfortable working independently and managing a showroom
• Available full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
