About the Role

Based in our flagship showroom, you’ll showcase a diverse product range to builders, developers, trades and residential customers. This is a consultative sales role were building rapport and delivering exceptional service is key.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting and assisting trade and retail customers in the showroom
• Managing enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
• Preparing quotes, processing orders and following up on leads
• Maintaining showroom presentation and displays
• Providing technical advice and tailored solutions
• Supporting the external sales team

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on customer service and can work independently. You’ll have:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Flexibility to work Monday–Friday (8:00–4:00 or 8:30–4:30)
• Willingness to travel to Yatala for initial training
• Helpful (but not essential): showroom or window experience, ability to read plans
