We are seeking an energetic and reliable Service Technician to support our Service Division based in Stapylton. This hands‑on role involves screen installations, customer handovers, repairs, and ongoing maintenance work.

Working as part of a collaborative service team, you’ll operate under the direction of a Senior or Lead Technician where required. The role suits someone with strong technical aptitude, a commitment to quality and productivity, and a professional, customer‑focused approach.

As this position has direct customer contact, you’ll represent the business as a competent, personable, and professional ambassador at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out onsite repairs, maintenance, screen installations, and handover services
• Install fly screens and barrier doors in line with company standards and procedures
• Provide professional property handovers to customers
• Assist with loading materials and stocking service vans (target load time: 30 minutes or less)
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and follow directions from Senior or Lead Technicians
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills to resolve onsite issues
• Participate in ongoing technical training and skills development
• Contribute to continuous improvement and technical knowledge sharing
• Ensure compliance with service procedures, policies, WH&S, and legislative requirements
• Maintain service vans, tools, and equipment in a safe, clean, and professional condition
• Wear a company‑issued uniform to a clean and professional standard

About You

Ideally, you will have experience in a customer‑facing technical role within one or more of the following environments:

• Manufacturing
• Building or construction
• Carpentry or trade services
• Custom or made‑to‑order product environments
• Complete Police check
• WHS Blue/White card
• Current driver's license

You’ll be practical, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
