We're looking for a customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Pooraka showroom and trade centre.

 

About the Role


As the face of Stegbar, you'll help customers bring their building and renovation projects to life. You'll provide product advice, prepare quotations, manage enquiries and deliver an outstanding experience from first contact through to sale.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assist with product selection and quotations
  • Respond to showroom, phone, email and website enquiries
  • Follow up leads and convert opportunities into sales
  • Support the Sales Representatives with quotes and administration
  • Process customer payments and sales transactions
  • Maintain a professional and inviting showroom environment

 

About You


You're passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people find the right solution.

 

You'll bring:

  • Experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Experience in retail, showroom sales, home improvement or building products is advantageous but not essential.
