About the Role We are seeking a Site EHS Coordinator to join our Stapylton Glass site and build a career in workplace health and safety. This role is ideal for someone early in their EHS journey who is passionate about safety and keen to learn within a high‑risk manufacturing environment. With support and mentoring from experienced leaders, you’ll assist in the day‑to‑day implementation of EHS activities and contribute to building a strong, proactive safety culture. Key Responsibilities - Support implementation of site EHS objectives, initiatives and action plans
- Assist with safety reporting, data tracking and performance monitoring
- Help identify workplace hazards and support risk assessments
- Participate in site inspections, audits and safety observations
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations
- Support safety training coordination and documentation
- Help maintain emergency response plans
- Assist with injury management and return‑to‑work processes
About You - Certificate IV in WHS (OHS) or currently studying / willing to commence
- Strong interest in building a career in health, safety or EHS
- Exposure to manufacturing or similar high‑risk environments (desirable)
- Basic understanding of safety systems and procedures (training provided)
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with people at all levels
- Organised, proactive and keen to learn
