About our Opportunity 

 

As a logistics coordinator and valued team member of our Regency business, you will act as the liaison between customers and installers in the field, providing a clear flow of information to enable jobs to be scheduled promptly and efficiently. You will be a part of a professional and close knit team where customer service is at the forefront of every interaction. In this fast paced role, you will need to be confident with customer interactions, at times managing difficult conversations troubleshooting solutions with respect to installation issues and timings to improve the customer experience and to meet the requirements of the customer. 

 

In addition, you’ll:

  • respond to enquiries via phone or email
  • confirm installation bookings
  • prepare documentation for installations
  • process invoices and the installer pays 

 

About you

 

We’re looking for a team player who wants to contribute to a positive work environment, who is agile, and methodical with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of the internal (installers) or external customers. You'll need to be pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service with the capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise. We're looking to leverage your experience in customer service and administration, along with a keenness to learn and a good attitude to participate in our extensive training. 

 

You will have:

  • competency using MS Suite
  • ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
  • data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • enthusiasm to work in a rapidly changing & challenging manufacturing environment
  • ability to work calmly & efficiently in a high pressured environment with tight deadlines
