About The Opportunity

 

We currently have a rare opportunity for a Reception & Customer Service Administrator at our Pooraka branch.  We are seeking an enthusiastic and approachable customer service professional to be the first point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •   Receive, qualify, and direct incoming calls
  •   Manage front office reception (meet, greet, and sign in visitors)
  •   Assist customers with questions about products, pricing, and availability
  •   Monitor and assist with management of key shared email inboxes
  •   Provide general administrative assistance

 

About You

 

You will be someone who enjoys building customer relationships in person and over the phone. Your communication, organisation and customer service skills will all help you to thrive in this busy, customer-facing role.

 

You will have:

 

  •   Previous customer-facing customer service experience
  •   Strong people skills with the ability to liaise with a range of people
  •   Basic skills with Outlook and Word
  •   Good listening skills and attention to detail
  •   Excellent time management and organisation skills
  •   Ability to commit to Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
